Check Out These New Manvel Businesses Near Creekhaven

Just north of Creekhaven, Manvel Town Center and the nearby area is exploding with new businesses you don’t want to miss. Located at the corner of Hwy. 288 and Hwy. 6, Manvel Town Center is anchored by H-E-B and will span more than 1 million square feet of retail, entertainment, hospitality, medical, and office space when completed. 

Five Guys—known for its famous burgers, fries, and milkshakes—opened in March as the newest tenant in the 273-acre town center.

Lowe’s opened its doors in January. The home improvement retailer’s Manvel store includes a 30,000-square-foot outdoor garden center in addition to the retail space. 

Dunkin’ and Aki Steak & Sushi have also opened recently in the town center, joining a lengthy list of existing eating, shopping, and health care options. 

Coming Soon

Gyro Hut, a chain serving up Mediterranean flavors, is coming soon to the Manvel Town Center. According to a permit filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction on the new space is slated to wrap up in July. 

Construction on a PNC Bank location at the Manvel Town Center is expected to be ongoing through the year, according to a permit filed with the TDLR. 

Einstein Bros Bagels is also slated to open within the Manvel Town Center at 17307 Hwy. 6, Ste. 107, in 2027, based on information from a permit filed with the TDLR. 

A site plan for the Manvel Town Center also names proposed tenants coming soon, including:

– Burlington
– Ross Dress for Less
– Five Below
– Marshall’s
– Ulta Beauty
– Petco
– Target

Nearby Development

Adjacent to Manvel Town Center, the city of Manvel green lighted nearly 50 acres of commercial development at Manvel Crossing, a project to be developed by BCS Capital Group and include tenants such as health care facilities, a child care facility, recreational sports centers, restaurants, grocery store, hotel, and offices. 

A short drive east on Hwy. 6, the Shops at Bluewater by Huntington Properties is also in progress with leased tenants including: 

– Hawaiian Bros Island Grill
– Pressed and Polished Dry Cleaning
– Muse Nails
– Pilates Addiction
– Four Two Cafe

Next door, businesses are coming soon to the Shops at Manvel by Huntington Properties, including:
